At MELT Method, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion pieces aren't a perfect fit, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery for all unworn items in original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print your prepaid shipping label and include the original packing slip inside your return package.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Securely pack your items in their original condition and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of receiving your label.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
